Sprayberry's BBQ - Catering Policies
- Catering times are reserved on a first come-first served basis with a 25% deposit. This deposit is considered to be nonrefundable. The balance of the fee is due on the day of the event. We accept checks and credit cards.
- Sprayberry's does not add a service charge to the bill. Tips are never expected, but are appreciated, if you choose to add one.
- It is Sprayberry's policy to bring more than enough food to feed your guests. This policy allows for "seconds" and ensures that you do not run out of food. Therefore, any remaining food stays with our caterers.
- If your event location is outside of Coweta County, there will be a travel charge based on number of employees traveling to serve and distance (time) for travel.
- The length of time that we serve is based on number of people and menu. For example, service time for 50-150 people is one hour. Any additional time that you wish for us to serve is billed at $50.00 per person serving, per hour (billed in half-hour increments). These rates apply if we begin serving late or if we serve longer than the quoted serving time.
- We set up, serve, and clean up the serving line. We provide the tables from which we serve and all necessary paper goods for the items that we are serving. If you plan to serve some other menu item or drink, you must supply all serving tables, paper goods and eating utensils for these items.
- Our serving line requires some heavy equipment. Therefore, the distance between where we can unload the van and where we set up the serving line must be reasonable. If this is not the case, extra charges may be involved. Depending on your circumstances, additional charges may be avoided if we know in advance of any difficulties.
- In case of inclement weather, we request that you provide a covered area in which to serve.
- We use black, heavy-duty plastic wear (compartment plates and utensils) and red tablecloths for the serving line. If you would rather we can use white, please let us know in advance.
- We do not bring "carry-out" plates. If you will need any, please arrange for this when you give your final count.
- Our menus are flexible. If you have questions concerning menu, pricing or policies, please ask and we will be happy to work with you.
